Free and low-cost counselling and mental health support during the COVID-19 pandemic

Are you having challenges with mental health or with dealing with all the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic? If so, you are not alone! This has been a difficult time for many of us. For example, a recent survey suggested that 80% of people in Italy need mental health support to cope with the impact of the COVID-19 crisis.

There are a number of free and low-cost resources that are available to people in Winnipeg during the COVID-19 pandemic. See below for a list of free and low-cost counselling and mental health supports.
