    Tenants Rights - Privacy, Repair and Pest Control August 6, 2024

    10:00am–11:30am, 167 Colony Street

    Do you know what are you tenancy rights? When can your landlord access your unit? How to make requests for repairs? Who can you call to deal with pest issues? Participants will learn what rights you have as a tenant and how to use them. What steps you can take to ask for maintenance, repairs and pest control. This is a good opportunity for newcomers or first time renters in Manitoba. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the Residential Tenancies Branch representative.
