WBCO welcomes our new Executive Director, Kelly Frazer!

The Board of Directors of the West Broadway Community Organization is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Frazer as Executive Director.Returning from a two-year appointment as General Manager at the Freeze Frame Media Arts Centre, Kelly has 7 years of experience with WBCO and has been a resident of the West Broadway neighbourhood for 15 years. Please join us in welcoming Kelly to her new role!
