Chair Yoga and Meditation - May 24/22
A drop-in style gentle yoga class that can be done in the comfort of your own home.
These FREE ONLINE laid back, beginner level exercise classes are facilitated by Good Food Club member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Kayla Chafe.
The exercises are specifically geared toward seniors, and people with mobility limitations, although everyone is welcome to attend. Exercises are gentle and take place seated in a chair - participants will not have to get down on the floor.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
