Fit Friday: Strength Training
A drop-in style, gentle strength training class within the comfort of your own home. Free resistance bands will be made available for committed participants. Stay tuned for more information!
These FREE ONLINE laid back, beginner level exercise classes are facilitated by Good Food Club member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Kayla Chafe.
The exercises are specifically geared toward seniors, and people with mobility limitations, although everyone is welcome to attend. Exercises are gentle and can take place seated in a chair - participants will not have to get down on the floor if unable to do so.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
