Back to Balance: Fitness Class
These FREE ONLINE exercise classes are facilitated by Good Food Club Member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Kayla Chafe. Exercises will focus on improving balance & are geared toward seniors and people with mobility limitations, although everyone is welcome to attend. Participants should be able to stand with one leg lifted off the floor, using the back of a chair for support. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
