Walking Club: Forest Bathing in the City - June 6/25
These FREE beginner level exercise classes are facilitated by Good Food Club Member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Kayla Chafe. Everyone is welcome to attend, but participants should be able to walk at a slow pace for 1 hour. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in, supportive walking shoes, a hat, and bring a water bottle. Meet at the WBCO office: 748 Broadway. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
