  Looking Back at the West Broadway Community Land Trust - October 27

  In the early 2000s, our organization helped create a Community Land Trust that would try to prevent gentrification by renovating homes and keeping them affordable to working class residents. After many struggles, the CLT dissolved in 2008. This report studies the challenges that led to dissolution and celebrates the achievements of the West Broadway CLT. Join us to share stories and lessons learned from Looking Back at the West Broadway Community Land Trust. Lunch is provided
